I don't see in the law where you can't pool your plants (husband and wife being different legally than buddy and homie) in the same locked room. Extra safe would probably be to go with the guy above and name one of you caregiver but I really don't see what letter of the law it'd violate not to. looking at each individual and the law, you are growing in a locked and secure room, and she is growing in a locked and secure room. fact that it's the same locked room shouldn't matter, you're both owners of the home and residents of said property, correct? Some people go overboard and label each plant and cutting with names but I do not. To me, if the owners of the property can provide cards enough for the number of plants found present by the cops and the weight on hand then its lawful. I don't see how it isn't and that's their burden to prove you're doing something outside of the law.
