80 degrees is just fine. Don't worry about that.

There is some great advice on this thread. Don't be overwhelmed. Prioritize. Don't be afraid. You don't have to do it all at once!
First of all....

Where are you at in your grow? That question very important as it allows you to set your priorities. For example if the street in front of your house stinks from weed and it is illegal where you live then the priority is a carbon filter.

well you are lucky, If I had my 400 with no fans or air circulation it would be like 40c in 5 min. Perhaps your ambient temps are 5c?

I just dont understand how people get themselves in a situation like this? How did you go buy a tent, light, medium, beans, containers, nutes, and who knows what else, but not do enough research to know you need a fan for ventilation? Answers to ALL of the things your asking are available online, on THIS website no less. Im not trying to be an asshole but I see this ALL the time. Everyone here has done his or her due diligence to get where ever they are at... IT WILL MAKE YOU A BETTER GROWER. .... you reap what you sow sort of speak. This community is here to help, I have questions all the time, but I try to solve them by using the search bar first, or google. Im only saying this now cause in three months your gonna be wishing you would have put the time in first. Good luck. S0uP

I do my research but my questions is on people's opinions on what sort of fan for what sort of size room and so forth , and if connection the ducting I can do on my own or not .
I did research online and read topping and removing fan leaves is good but RIU said otherwise! So it's better to get info or advice from a reliable source .

When you have an inlet and outlet fan both ducting just stick out the window ? And fans on floor on floor outside tent ? My windows is on street ?
Your temps and normal RH is decent enough. Why duct out of the window? You can get away with just an extraction fan with passive intake. Maybe open the window to allow some fresh air to come in. Make sure you sort the smell out first and take adequate security measures. remember with lights off beware of light leaks. The reason your RH is so high is that you do not have an in line fan pulling air through your tent. Once you fit one the smell will increase. The reason the smell is not so strong yet is that there is no fan pumping the smell out of the tent yet.

A suggestion....

Carbon filter in your tent attached to ducting out of the tent attached to an inline fan outside the tent is a pretty simple way of doing it. there are often straps that come with the tent for hanging a carbon filter from the roof. If not you can buy or improvise something.

Okay I am purchasing a carbon filter ,ducting and a 6 inch inline fan, my knowledge was to attach carbon filter in tent and ducting to inline fan placed in window so that air from tent is sucked through carbon then blown outside pointing down at my patio? So the smell just goes around out of house ? Is their a diff between inline and outtake fan? Would I need a duct pushing fresh air in as well as pushing out ?
thanks

I dare you to type in "what size inline fan do I need for my grow space" into google and not come up with a solid basis for information. That is doing your research. There are certain things like Temp parameters and inline fan sizing that are pretty much uniformly accepted. There are certain issues that people tend to disagree on, defoliation being amongst the most heated of arguments. You again can typre something like "Is taking off my fan leaves a good idea" into the search bar and get MANY RIU opinions as well as questions answered without starting this type of thread. Just saying.
