agree ^^^

and it don't hurt to use the inside of your head, why I do drive by a ATM on the way and why I do park around the corner and down the road and walk the last 1/4 mile, you know that don't even hurt my feet`s

last time I used 330$ in there they cut the 30$ of by them self, did`t even have to ask, and I got a light meter they had on sale (50$ or so) for free, as he saw I was showing interest in it at the counter, he just threw one on top

nice guys, Im sure growers ? and for sure smokers, so why not use them 50$ extra in total (kind even up the light meter) and support them instead of some chines shop, I even get the stuff with me home right away and can go back if needed

only time I buy online is when they don't have the item or have no way to get it home for me, then I buy elsewhere, but agin, one bad buy online (don't show up/is broken/bad quality) can ruin all the savings easily and your day

Ebay is great. The only problem is the paper trail. Sometimes it's better to pay a little more
Simple... If its a very large operation, I'm pretty sure I would use visa gift cards and an alias on some random ass ebay account, and keep switching it up. Also only placing orders while on a public access computer at a library or college. ;)

to this day i still have no idea who saw it i better give the ups guy a nice tip this xmas in case he knows i grow

(edit the link provided is the actual seller they had 4 when i bought it they must be down to their last one got it for 122.99 shipped good deal)
Dude that effing blows, luckily the supplier i bought from listed in HUGE RED LETTERS at the bottom of the listing that they used discrete brown box shipping. I made sure of that. If your unsure next time, Message there account and ask if they offer plain shipping, only takes like a day or less for most messages to get responded to? Worth the wait. :)

Nope because you make it easier for them. All they have to do to keep track of you is sit at their desks in front of a computer.
Hence leaving important information out of a weed site is a good is a good idea. lol I know 1-time scopes these sites.

Has anyone ordered from us ebay to uk?? 1000w air cooled reflecter and digi ballast for $249....thats peanuts in pounds right??

most uk stores dont carry 1000w, hydro shops are a huge take, ive found there just there to exploit the new grower. £40 for a dwc bucket.....nuff said!

Buy mom and pop!
You may pay a little more but if it's anything like the hydro store I shop at they treat you right.
Also if you bought a ballast from them and it goes bad they'll give you a loaner until the replacement gets back.Try that on ebay.

mom and pop near me want about $275 for a small carbon filter set up.
I drove up to High Tech Garden Supply and got a small carbon filter and fan set up for $130.
(I also found out with my rewards card I am now eligible for a free 600 watt bulb, fuck yeah)

mom and pop can kiss my ass.

I guess it's all about where you shop. The place I shop I've been loyal to since day one. In return I get prices that are comparable to online.
Big corp can kiss my ass.

Says the guy typing on a computer made by big corp sitting in a chair made by big corp, eating food made by big corp...

I have a corporation that gives all of our profits to charities.

When mom and pop try to gouge me harder than a big corporation, they can kiss my ass.
They are still relying on the ignorance of people to justify their ridiculously high prices.

Jeeez, that's ridiculous!! What are these guys thinking ?! I mean even if you're sending to an area where its legal to grow, a lot of this equipment is expensive and they should at least wrap it in brown paper to avoid theft.

Prices online can definitely be awesome, but be careful which brands you are buying. Its easier to tell with ballasts and inline fans than it is with smaller stuff like pH readers, but sometimes you wind up with products from China that are total crap.

But the selection will (of course) always be better.

The best bet is probably to buy about half of your stuff online, about 30-35% of your stuff from the local grow store (try getting ffof online-im sure its possible but I wouldn't have a bag of soil shipped), and like 15-20% of your stuff from stores like home depot and hardware stores, electrician supply stores, etc..

eBay has great prices! Yup..... However, if you explain to your local hydro shop that you would like to keep your business local and show them what you can get it for online, then in my experience they will try to match or come close! Also I don't know about you but more than once I have had an item fail, when it does I get a replacement within opening business hours replaced no questions and its warrantied again! I have and will purchase online but only when it can't be had locally or the price is a ridiculous difference in savings!

It has great prices in USA for now, but they have already entered bill into legislation to impose state taxes on all online sales, eliminating the online markets ability to avoid taxes on sales purchases that would otherwise be added to the price of the item when purchased physically at the location, this apparently applies to non physical stores meaning online only shops too. :/
