The idea of that walk signal is to cover any civil duty. Then if you get hit by a car you cannot sue the state cause there was nothing warning you of possible danger.

For example if the road is only a small road with few lanes, then the functioning of the walk signal should apply to that environment... Its hardly rocket science.

Basically the walk signal could have a few sensors which senses both people and cars, and aims to make it both safe, easy and efficient for people to cross, and for cars to drive by.

Oh, how could think that from 3-4 incidents in my teens? Now, a trained individual, I will use a variety of techniques to get a clear shift to Nike-do.....run~!

And in fact, in New York was when I pioneer the full, hard swung from behind my back, face slap. It was a rough school and the grit guys were gunning for me. I tell ya, you turn into, now away from, that shove with giant palm strike against their face, fight is over. It is extremely painful, as we all know. And it will swell the face.

I have used that in my adult life. Fight is over. When I first started training seriously we were cautioned about how the blame goes if one of the combatants is trained. And we were shown, quite clearly that these techniques end in lethal blows. So, in the heat of the moment.....

It will make your opponent bug eyed in more ways than one. It is so physiologically devastating, I had no idea until it came to me at the end of a shove. The fight is over. And then, rush up and comfort the guy. The girls love that.
