It is clear to me why threads are being closed. I have been posting on RIU for about 2 years and I don't recall any of the threads getting so out of hand even during the election. There are several new people flagrantly toting radical white nationalism.

i was gonna point out how we kept having the same debates during the election over and over, and things were as heated as could be. yet no thread closings, nothing out of hand.

You actually claimed you thought the stimulus wasn't big enough. Are you willing to go on record here that you didn't?

It was when I asked how an anarchist could possibly be in favor of government stimulus that you morphed into your rant against austerity (which is still ironic for an anarchist) and started posting pictures that had nothing to do with the argument.
