Also^..
The image may be a bit deceiving, as it may look soft in texture, it is not.

It is very dark to the naked eye, and hard as a rock in texture. I tried to portray that with the” flash” and ” no flash” pictures.

Also, the aroma seems to get stronger each time I check on it.
Edit: This is just blowing my mind, lol

As of right now, I can take a few of the crumbles (rock hard) and squeeze momentarily, and it melts together with ease, then I can tear it back apart and the smell, aroma gets more intense each time.

^ Thank you so much Frenchy, I've got to admit , I'm.honored to post with you, it almost feels like I'm talking to a celebrity.

Well, you ARE a” celebrity” to us on RIU. An inspiration to the cannabis culture.

And, yes, yes..you are correct. Just the little tiny bit I've played with, the aroma is unbelievable, I have never experienced such a powerful sensational smell.

I anxiously await the hand-pressing, I believe it will be a life-changing experience.

Thank you again, my friend, I will post back with my” mini-canolli”..haha

I think I paid mine $65 a bag, being custom made only for me you will not see them on their site but they should mentioned them somewhere.
I will check the prices for you guys on Monday.
I will also get you a price for the machine special Frenchy, they will have to compete with Ebay or loose you guys, as simple as that.
Could you please ask them about shipping in europe. I've sended them an e-mail but they never replied and i gotta buy a decent set of bag to expect the best quality...

My last run got me really dissapointed with the second wash being a litlle greenish, that didnt happend to me since my second try at water hash, i blame the bags they're getting old.

HAve a great day!

I can't wait to press it, the smell was really strong in my bag which seem to surprise CA.
They are not continuing the line due to trichomes not "raising" to their standards so I am lucky to have had

Frenchy- I've never seen our beloved Humboldt Cognac look so sexy. It's surreal to see this particular girl sculpted into something that's truly stunning it's straight drool factor 11. There's no better feeling than to see her reveal a different character through your art-form. We discontinued Humboldt Cognac from our collections this year after we felt that its expression in flower could be much better. So right now were working on it as an IBL project in hopes to make it more live and vibrant with a much denser core of it's signature "Cognac" aroma [it really smells like aged-booze] Can't wait to see the finished product, we may have to revive this strain. Thanks Bud

I'm currently reading this thread for the second time, and let me say..

It is better the second time around, after reading it once, then performing as taught by this wonderful artist by the now famous Frenchy Connoli.

Then going back over the while thread gives one a clearer understanding of the passion of pressing.

This thread has literally changed my life in relation to cannabis.

I thought I had a burning passion for cannabis prior to this thread...

But, now... I see what true passion is all about.

Thank you to Frenchy and all that contributed to one of the best cannabis related threads in the history of the internet.

Great thread Frenchie! Your love for hashmaking is obvious and a joy to watch. Your passion for your craft is infectious. I've read it over the last few days and watched the vids. You've inspired me to take a new look at the process. Thanks. I am gearing up now to make some cannolis with some trim I have in the freezer.
A tip of the hat to TC also for his work here. Very well done sir

Why is this process better than using dry ice with the same sized micron bags?.

I'm going to leave the above post, while attempting to answer my own question.

The problem with dry ice is it does not yield the usual 10% return. It works, but for one I would need to reduce end product even further down to a 90 or even 70 micron filter. I still have a slight greenish tint at 110, just finished the process. IMHO the actual water content going through the plant matter produces better results than supercooled air.

Peace

maybe the trim gets soo frozen by the dry ice that the chunks of dry ice pulverize the trim therefore leaving behind green in you hash imo

Allow me to share what I have learned from the Frenchy Cannoli..

Now, my skills are no where near most of y'all, but I had such a transcendental experience through this process.
Please forgive the novice work, this is my first try.
I did photographs as I was pressing. I started with just two grams of 73 micron.

Lol, my mini cannoli.. Big thanks to Frenchy, and all that have contributed to this most wonderful thread.

I think my cannoli needs a little more pressing, is it possible to over do it?.. As in terms of hand pressing?
