thanks for sharing herk.....i been growing in my closet for 7 years now, started with 4 foot tube flo's and bag seed, never looked back. it's great your sharing the pics and the grow as our setups and strains are so similar. your girls look nice and green, how is the structure of the skywalker/kush? are you going to trim up some of the bottom or just let her rip natural?

ive been wanting to try to make some hash but this grow im gonna prune [i think] im getting real close to getting buds & the stretch is back on as well we are getting so close!!

not much change today im going into week 4 since flipping my light 12/12[june 17] most strains ive grown make little bud starts by week#3 here is todays pics i know theyre trying i just wish they would speed it up a bit im gonna trim & prune this week-endRedeye Bri

My Skywalker is a late bloomer as well. It will have some frosty, dense nuggets of goodness by the end though.

thanks redeye i was gonna drop by your thread & ask if something didnt happen soon i can tell theyre trying to start i count on youre experience a lot & your descriptions are a good accurate source of info for me as i dont think there are many out there who've completed a grow of r/p skywalker

Hey man, I'm subbed up here because you are the one doing it up right. I just grow small with CFLs. Your plants are looking perfect. Those ladies will reward you, but it takes awhile. I take mine 70 days, which is about the longest I go. I have one at 19 days that I will try to get a pick of soon.

hey james ill try to get those pics tonight you gotta remember i topped & trained early as i only had the 4 plants for this grow & i didnt want to do a mixed grow this time so i topped & trained ive got way more branching than i need here is last nights pics the next grow will be from clone which i prefer as feminized seeds to me dont seem to be as stable as clones its a lot of work to start a new strain i cut my light to 11 hrs. a day from 12 hrs.

i got 1 plant pruned & theyre all gonna be pretty much identical this so far is one of the stretchiest strains ive grown i eliminated a lot of yellowing leaves & popcorn producing bottom growth im thinking this should pave the way for top notch bud production & light penetration

Wow, you really strip them down. You have much better access to the soil than I do, but I tend to keep it tied close to the pot. I also will probably keep the popcorn because I love having some for budder, it does make trimming a bit of a hassle, and watering/feeding since the soil is covered in foliage. Maybe I will clean up a bit more on the bottom next time.

this is the first time ive pruned this serious but these are tall & getting very much light penetration down that low isnt happening for me i guess we will see soon enough if it was a good idea or not plants are about 42'' tall even after supercropping

i just finished the last of my pruning & plant#3 stands out a bit healthier than the rest IM PRETTY SURE BEFORE ITS ALL SAID & DONE IM GONNA HAVE TO STAKE tie & support those limbs as the buds weigh them down [i hope] tomorrow is feed day & also gonna put my clones in blocks & under the t-5s
