Agreed... Generally fighting here won't even get you a court notice, usually just a caution or a fine. But, you punch someone, they fall and hit their head resulting in a serious injury, coma, or death? You WILL be up on a manslaughter charge and a bloke just got a 10 year sentence here for that with a non parole period of like 7 years...

Nothing wrong with having a neighborhood watch program. They never authorized any "profile and follow and shoot". Trying to justify unethical actions motivated solely by greed against an innocent third party is typical of you BuckHead.

It really pisses me off how many uninformed people have such a strong opinion on this... I mean seriously. TM was being sketchy, he COULD have easily had a gun, and GZ clearly didn't kill him for the sheer fun of it. Even if he did, the prosecution didn't have sufficient evidence of ANYTHING other than man slaughter in self defense.
