Jesus man when it rains it pours huh? I feel your pain.Yeah well something appears to be up with that ballast.. so i had the idea to plug it directly into the wall (even though i don't know any reason why my high amperage heavy duty construction grade extension couldn't handle it...)... so as soon as I did (on same one as the 600) it tripped the circuit... i unplugged the 600 but not the 1000, went down and tried to reset the breaker... it would not let me do it while the thing was plugged in! and there's nothing else that i'm aware of on the same circuit that's on... the lights for the room are on a separate circuit that didn't get hit, and everything else was plugged into the grow room and didn't go off including ac... strange... anyway, I did take some pics while it was lights up but with no lights due to waiting for the 600 to cool down before restart.
is it possible my normal house electric isn't capable of plugging in one 1000w light anywhere in this house without some kind of upgrade??? wtf
