No. We have to some Americans that were brought as slaves.
Then those people are way too old to work anyway. We should definitely take care of the slaves that were brought here.

Speaking of those slaves we have, can you foresee the need to take of their descendants 10 generations from now? Is there an inherent defect in their genes that would cause this need?

The real problem is groupthink, (the act of) not looking at individuals. The first sentence of the quote is a salient example of this common failure of critical thought. cn
A few months ago I posted a thread titled, "Racism mapped". In terms of racism, the US was in the least racist category. I am sure Sharpton, Jackson and Obama would disagree but you would expect that of racists. ;-)

Yeah sure, what individual is a slave now? According Rob Roy and I accept this part, we are all slaves of the culture. We have enslaved ourselves OK? Fine.

Yet, you know I don't mean, nor did I say the problem is with current slaves. (if my gimp gets uppity, let me know)

It is the fact of a culture of US citizens from the beginning that are still considered sub-human, by some. And in the rest of the world, no better or worse than Jews. The ones that worked and died with us. My Dad's only friends, as a child. The soul of America.

Right, right. We have un-integrated cultures all over the place. Don't me started on multi-culturalism. This is not even that. The Chinese stick together and apart because they will it. (very racist) but not that they are forced to.

But, none are descended from slaves. Every other of these cultures came here, invited or not, to seek the Dream. There are now, new African born, coming, like my friends from Nigeria. They seek the Dream.

WE have to continue to force out the slave quarters mentality of both skin tones. My Dad played his part in the Air Force. Forced integration and like it, or suffer.

And yet here we have fine people, from stock, that were the grease skids for the Dream. People that have more of a legal right than some of their trespassing owners. At least they had a bill of sale. But, they are programed that the Dream is not for them.

These people form a class. Not a class of race. My friends from Nigeria, that did NOT suffer from birth with this insidious racism, actually fit it and love it here.

No. This is not race. It is racist cultural-ism aimed at keeping the under-class, for power. Political power now. Statistics. Voting blocks. As sick as it ever was.

WE created this mess of a persistent sullen slave minded under-culture, neglected. And now they are proudly dangerous, fuck yo' white ass, Americans. A different America. Not race. Anti-establishment.

WE also created a persistent sullen slave minded under-culture, cast down from Ownership. And now they are proudly dangerous, fuck yo' black ass, Americans. And worse. Pro-establishment.

WE did that. And WE fought and died in Civil conflict to try to straighten it out in self rule. WE passed Amendment. Passed laws. Obtained consent Decrees. WE did that. It is getting better.

Our SCOTUS only recently relaxed some of the scrutiny on certain States, not just the South. Better, but, still.....

Not race, a slave class that we created and still maintain. Not slaves in fact, but broken.

As a son of the South, and from a family of Virgina Traders, I have to own that. As an American I have to own that.

No tap dancing. It is still a mess, and it is not over.

Who sold the black people to the Americans?

I bet you'll find it was South and East Africans...

Stop the "sins of our fathers" bullshit, it's long gone like the holocaust, so no need for continued levels of irrational butthurt.

Actually slaves didn't do well in Ireland or England, though Irish slaves did well in the New World. Still, it was the British that brought the trade, although my family is French origin. The Dutch began the trade, I believe with Arabs buying from warlords, in Africa.
--------
In most African societies where slavery was prevalent, the enslaved people were largely treated as indentured servants and not treated as chattel slaves.[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][2][/SUP] When the Arab slave trade and Atlantic slave trade began, many of the local slave systems changed and began supplying captives for slave markets outside of Africa.[SUP][3][/SUP]
-------------

But, we are not talking about slaves, Africans, Blacks or whatever mutt prejudices exist around the world.

We have this and we have to deal with it. And many are trying to say, "what racism?" "Slavery is over." And the worse.."sins of our Fathers."

It is a defect in our culture.

So is it a genetic issue then?

Or merely archaic multi-generational butthurt?

OK, for me, it started when you were championing that Arizona (?) law that created a tax funded after school program for blacks only.
well.

it's bad enough that you started from a retarded and false premise, it's even worse that you launched into a diatribe of mental retardation from there that did not answer my question in the least.

don't try to build a house on a bad foundation, smarty, much less the high rise tower you were trying to.

Thanks for your honesty.

hope you enjoyed watching an american come over to your mildew shrouded set of rocks and whoop all the island dweller's asses, you must have imbibed quite a bit based on this reply of yours.

ginwillemina started her argument from a false premise and then tried to extrapolate out from there in monumental fashion.

too bad for him that you can't even build a crappy birdhouse from a bad foundation, much less a high rise.

,
Do you have some kind of understanding of cultural genetics? I don't. We can say genetically as a sub-family, that Ireland is of stronger stock than the peoples that have been plowed under by slavery, war, misogyny, etc. The slave, soldier or woman that is strong enough to rise up gets struck down eventually. Ireland remains a bastion on the Western Sea.

We can say that the rock raised, human beings in the Afgan expanses are the strongest stock on the Planet. Or is it the Sea Dryaks, the pirates of the South China Sea? Both, having taken on all comers way before they absorbed Islam,. are as tough a humans as there are.

But, we still are not talking about race. We are talking about selection pressures and how that effects the gene pool.

And of course, it is MGBH, big time, also. It is just that we are just trying to fix it. And many still want it broken.
