Temp. is currently about 28ºC. PH I can't really check it - haven't checked it a single time since start, so what would suddenly change that? I might be asking a lot of stupid questions, but I gotta learn somehowhow is your temperatures ?
and how is your PH ?
no problem, there are only stupid answers
lets start with the Heat as I don't think it is problem, 28C should be ok, tho optimal is between 24C and 27C I just see small signs myself as Im hitting 30C
and it also look different, heat more make the edges of the leaves curl up
that more look like a PH issue, I have seen on my own plant`s, both when I add to much lime to my soil mix and it become to alkaline or when I grew in pure coco and did`t PH my water probably (5,6 - 6,2 in coco like in hydro)
I also seen it from pictures in here where people had problems at the end of a grow as there soil became to acid for the liking of MJ (nutrients build up in the soil, do a flush)
a PH that is off to much will make the leave`s curl up and down and also make the leaves cup upwards
a to alkaline soil is hard to correct, other then keep watering it with water with a lower PH
a to acid soil is easy to correct with some garden/Dolomite Lime or Mearl (oceanic lime)
but only way to find out what your soil`s PH are, is test it with a soil probe or one of them cheap drop test kits (har dem i silvan)
What makes you say that?Looks like a Hypersensitive bitch , some plants are just so !
Yes I use tap water. But it's a few days since I last watered them, so there should be no relation.btw
do you use normal Tap water ? as I believe our tap water hold more then enough Lime and is coming out about 7-8 ( 7,4 according to my local water plant`s)
check your local online

and I hope for your sake your not near that tractor that did tip over the other day spilling 4000 L roundup near a local water plant in the north of Sjæland
Yea I know about the lock-out - been look quite a lot into it for when I start hydroponic after this grow.yea but not the limits of MJ, sure the soil will be a buffer here, but 8,4 is still a bit too high IMO, in soil it should read between 6 and 7 with 6,5 as optimal
I use a bottle of GH`s PH down like 100kr for a bottle and last me a year soon and still 1/3 full I also had one of them small test kits like the one for soil but made for water also about 100kr and go a long way, but I now know my tap is coming out around 7,5 so if I use 0,5 ml PH down in a 2L soda bottle I end up around 6-6,5 witch I like as it seem`s like the alkaline tap water make it crawl up agin over a day
agin soil do work as a buffer, but will have a hard time with +8PH water
also when you buy soil in the future, make sure you try to find them with a PH between 5,8 and 6,5 as some cheap supermarket soil`s keep to much peetmoss and is to acid with a pH between 5,2 and 6
I have ph and ec meter for when I start hydro. I have calibration fluids for both as well. I got a complete set of Hy-Pro nutrients for hydroponics.yea get it down a bit, aim for 6,5
and you better be ready to be much more precise when you start on hydro or you will fail
a quality PH pen (dunno if that is what you have ?) and a Ec meter is a must IMO like a lot of research, soil is forgiven, hydro is`t
and I dunno about our tap water with hydro, some thing that have keepet me from looking more in to hydro, think I would invest in a RO filter if I would move in that direction
and a good nutrients with all the micro and trace elements is also a must as you don't have it in the medium, all the plant require you will have to deliver
tho once it works its amazing to see the results, I just don't like to keep a water tank on the second floor with neighbors under me and alkaline tap water with no RO filter and no PH/EC pens aso don't work either, so I will stick to soil and work with that, tho coco and hempy or maybe a small DWG pot is also options, maybe in the future, but it will require some investments
No change. They still fold.then you should be ok
how is the leave`s looking to day ?
Im more thinking salt build up/too much nutrients in the medium then ? did you ever give em a good flush with clean water ?
