They do reuse kidney dialyzer membranes. They say it is only used by the same patient but I don't believe that. Worse it can be washed by hand but by machine is better, which do you think they do? Coming to a hospital or dialysis center near you.
heresay, winter..you don't know that to be true..do you have a bee in your bonnet today? lol

I can only talk of my own experiences and I've never had a problem with wait times, level of care, thoroughness of the doctors/nurses etc... I simply cannot relate to a situation where the impact of healthcare costs could potentially bankrupt an individual or the strain that kinda stress would cause.

There are wait times for electives, depending on the procedure and wait times at emergency rooms can be lengthy dependent on the injury/condition but that mainly happens around peak times as far as I have observed.

I would like to see more money injected into the system to improve wait times, add beds and staff etc. but for the most part i'm very happy with the system we have here.
Thank you for your honesty..last time I went to the ER, I had health insurance paid 600$ (TOP OF THE LINE) month and sat in the ER for a TRUE emergency from 8PM until 4AM when i was released.

Health insurance lifetime benefit was unlimited..now it has a lifetime maximum of 1M..so if you have a child born with something that needs to be treated or you get devistating illness that 1M goes quick..once you reach your benefit, that's it! FOR LIFE with ANY insurance company..the pooch is screwed. that's how it happens and will never again happen this way thanks to the ACA!

Also, your child can now stay on your health insurance until age 26 with the ACA and not have to pay for his own since most kids are living home at this age still..

There are so many benefits to this plan..people just gonna keep hating because they don't like the management and unfortunately, it's just too bad for them..

~If Canada's health care is so good why did the poor and immigrants have to go to this charlatan?~~~~~~~~ Warnings about a Vancouver-area man operating an unlicensed, unsanitary dentistry practice out of an apartment highlight's Canada's problem of underground medical practitioners who prey on the poor and on immigrants.Tung Sheng Wu, who also goes by David Wu, is in trouble with health authorities and the B.C. College of Dental Surgeons after being exposed as a bogus dentist for the second time in a decade, CTV News reports.
The college, supported by RCMP investigators, raided a suburban Burnaby apartment last May and found a clandestine dental office set up in one of the bedrooms, along with files for 1,500 patients, the Vancouver Province said. Some were from as far away as Washington state.
Those people now are being urged to come forward and be tested for blood-borne diseases such as hepatitis B and C and HIV.
Authorities said Wu, who has no connection with a legitimate Burnaby dentist named David Wu who retired in 2010, had been operating out of the apartment for 10 years but may have been practising dentistry illegally as far back as the 1990s.
He was exposed once before, in 2003, while operating out of a home in suburban Port Moody. The B.C. Supreme Court issued an injunction barring him from saying he was a dentist, CTV News said. Wu supposedly promised to leave the country, but didn't.

Anywhere you go, you're going to find former doctors struck of the list for malpractice and so forth... Why didn't Canada throw him out the first time he was busted?
