but now my wife's premium will be more in line with her income. currently she pays out the ass due to having a pre-existing condition.

yep, over a million dollars worth of assets. doesn't make them all liquid, and most of what is liquid is set aside for a down payment on the farm we'll be purchasing after her internship is over.

once you get outside the south, snatch hygiene (and hygiene in general) improves greatly as evidenced by the much lower rates of venereal disease outside of the dirty south.

group health in it's current form is NOT voluntary..when you go for a new job..you HAVE to make a selection or "OPT OUT" because you have coverage through ANOTHER group..like your spouse..but say you don't LIKE what they offer?..cheap azz employer/shitty health and you'd rather buy your own?..you CANNOT..you are stuck!

But you dont want people to pay for their own individual policy, you want people to pay for yours. That is the fundamental difference.

I work for myself and pay my health insurance premiums right out of pocket. I see my deductibles going up along with my premiums. And it is all to pay for the extra goodies in Obamacare.... I get nothing for something and I have absolutely no way to opt out.

no, what i would like is affordable coverage..instead of 600$/month 200-300$, would be much more tolerable, for the same coverage AND it's doable..
