The health insurance industry spent over a 100 million dollars that we know of fighting this law.
They lost
Now they have to spend 85% of their income on clients and they have to compete with other Insurance companys. No more regional monopolys

Monopoly? Isn't the Federal government a monopoly if nobody can secede from it without being harmed or threatened? You seem to miss a few rather large monopolies right under your nose.

Government works = oxymoron. Government doesn't "work" literally or figuratively. Government functions in routine perverse patterns, but it doesn't "work".

You work in order to feed government. Government tells you what to do to avoid being hurt by them. That's the deal you have with them, because they say so.

Obama does have his secret courts, where he is judge and executioner, but I don't think of that as mystical, just totalitarian.
