Scammed by Attitude Seed Bank

I emailed Attitude when considering doing business with them and they stated that if my seeds were seized I would get a resend if I provided a picture of 'the customs letter' I know for a fact (as attitude would) that we do not get 'the customs letter' in this country

If you're in the US we get those letters! Maybe not each and every instance gets one but there are a boatload of 'em out there!

I've ordered from attitude atleast 6 times in the last 5 years. Of those 2 have got stopped in Chicago(go figure), both of which where in the last 2 years. I sent a nice email with a picture of the package with the green tape. I was very polite, I think the last girls name was Jody, and I had my full order replaced and at my house within 14days. I always pay for the extra guarantee, its just silly not to. I havn't gotten a customs letter with either package that got opened. The most recent about 6 months ago did come with a nice little smiley face note that said "gotcha" on it or something I can't remember. Honestly I'm fine with it if customs opens a package, its their job I get it, but I was pissed about the note. Attitude has always done me right, and most anyone else I've talked to on here since 08 that handled it correctly. What is it they say...haters gonna hate?

That would suck a lot more than never getting them at all, growing the wrong shit for 4 months.

I got the wrong freebies with my first order. They gave me some stuff (That I had never grown and I ended up liking ) instead and they cost more than the freebies
I was supposed to get so I was happy.

My very first order on Oct.1 arrived with a green tape and a letter, I emailed them a picture of both sides and the letter. They said they couldn't resend because I didn't order the guarantee, but they would do a partial refund, I asked for a discount code so I could just reorder and they never responded back. I asked for a best result example of how to order and have a successful delivery and they never answered back. A buddie from here told me about the proper way to order with idiot easy instructions and examples. I put in a new order, and it was dispatched Oct. 17. If the wait time is the same as last time, then it should arrive here today. My guess is that I will get another letter based on the time frame being so similar, and the 7 pages I have been reading here. I will let you know what comes, when it comes.

post office sucks i mailed a payment to bill me later it took them 10 days to get it to the box even tho it was a 2day mail thing (10 days from me mailing untill it was in the box for pick up by them )

Im sorry, I take my statement back.

After going through my order history I was wrong.

I was supposed to get A CH9 Blue Lemon Thai, but I received an Afghan Haze 33.

So to set the record straight, I was completely wrong. I really didn't like the Afghan and will never grow it again, also the seed
price for the Afghan is almost half the price of the Blue Lemon Thai.

I was wrong, but I was so happy with the Herijuana Jack 33 freebie and the fact they were free that I really didn't care and I guess
I didn't look close enough into it.

Regardless of the massive amounts of ignorance, I have been getting the comments I was looking for from members with over 1,000 posts. So I see this as a victory

I just took a 13 day vacation; my attitude seedlings were only able to be watered twice during. They're all looking very green and promising (albeit a bit stunted for now). Strains: Chemdawg, Cheesewreck, Diesel. Also goes for the same from my Nirvana seeds: White Rhino and 2 Bubblicious. Everybody is happy, green, and sprouted. Perhaps you live on the east coast? Where colder climates will change how you need to germinate seeds - a lot of folks won't notice that the old paper-towel method doesn't work when our East Coast temps drop so low overnight. GL everybody.

I hope you're also advising them to pay for guaranteed shipping given they are ordering an illegal product.

One letter is perfectly acceptable as a signature. An X can be accepted as a signature. I have worked for a business that had a lot of international sales, it was common practice to simply use a letter or an initial instead of a full name signature as a matter of efficiency, and there was never a single issue with customs in america.

You're not suffering for their mistakes, you're suffering because of your own actions. You are the issue here, not them Your attitude on this forum would indicate that you go about your complaints and such in the most immature of ways. Have you ever tried acting like an adult? It often works wonders in solving disagreements. Being the troll who won't stop crying however, does not solve anything.
