all they have to do is make it legal all 50 states. grow out doors unlimited number of plants. and flood the market. in a few years most people would go out of business. and the market would go underground again. because no body wants to pay 40 % tax. not going to work. so basically there would only be one major supply of cannabis. set price major farms. its possible. it would put every body out of business. and gov could tax it.
