no greens??.......i legitimately worry about some of your food choices people LOL add some greens keep your heart healthy its all about balance folks lol
I totally agree with you
that was like the only dish i've cooked without greens for months
I always have some kind of veg or salad

I made a gastrique out of cider vinegar, lime juice, lime zest, and sugar. Added Honey Crisp apple segments, cooked it until almost au sec and most moisture was gone. Zinged it through the robot coupe and strained it.

Mixed about 1/3 of the whites into the puree and mixed it in really well, then I folded the rest of the egg whites in topped off each of the ramekins, making sure to give them a couple whacks to get rid of any air bubbles and make everything settle.

They straight up tasted like sour apple candies! My best souffles to date, by far!


Here's one of my Beef Wellingtons! Prosciutto wrapped, and I used real English mustard! I made a jus out of some homemade stock I made. I reduced it until it was a glace, and froze them into ice cube trays - I took a 'glace cube' and added to some regular stock to make an ultra luxurious, super flavourful sauce!

Some Caramelized pear and onion pizza, with prosciutto ( I LOVE PROSCIUTTO) and a pesto sauce!

I eat my "proteins"

theres people on here who never put a green on their plate, sorry didnt feel like see people die from unhealthy eating habits with only eating a chunk of meat for dinner or something deepfried.

stomach issues, gout, heart disease not funny issues. people need to incorporate a healthier lifestyle. i mean even i have unhealthy food sometimes but i dunno sorry for bugging people i guess

A girl I used to date years ago, we would make that exact pizza man...right down to the pesto. That was damn good pizza hahah feeling strange and kinda nostalgic now

Dinner last night
stir fried mixed seafood (mussles , prawns , squid , white fish and salmon )
cooked in splash of olive oil , crushed garlic and lime juice
Then add noodles , Thai dry spices , Thai seasoned oil , Thai basil , chopped red chilli , chopped bok choy and chilli powder

Homemade Avocado Hummus and homemade pita chips
Vegan scalloped potatos salad and beans
3 Ingredient "ice cream" yay Avocado, banana, and you can do either sugar, honey or agave , i use organic cane sugar blend and its so smooth and yummy i highly recommend to make it
My unhealthy dinner just for you guys! 2 quinoa black bean mini burgs!
And last night was stuff sweet potatoes with kale and quinoa roasted root veg and a salad

nah i just generally eat at the computer bad habit i have a beautiful dining room table its a stone bistro table its so gorgeous i dont wanna eat onit.
lol
i have the recipe for the burgers if you want theyre great but theyre actually really healthy LOL

Sounds like my house , We have a really nice stained wood dining table, All it gets used for is to store stuff on , we eat on the couch infront of the tv .

The recipe would be great sunni , thanx
I'm not against healthy food as long as it tastes good

1 can kidney beans, black beans either or
1/2 cup pre cooked quinoa (or make some) quinoa is good for anything can be white,red,black whatever
1 carrot
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
and any spices you like i use a bit of chili powder, onion , thyme,
1 heaping spoon of flour

If youre quinoa is not already cooked do so it will take the longest
drain and rinse beans add them to a pot of boiling water than simmer on low for 10 mins or until super tender (dont skip this step)
shred your carrot , cut your onion and garlic sautee till tender with your spices
Once your beans are soft drain , add them to a bowl with your quinoa and carrots,onions ect and mush together with a potato masher or a fork
add in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix i usually do this step with my hands it should be hamburger patty kinda texture and consistency
form into patties and cook in a skillet on med with extra virgin olive oil for about 5-7 mins on each side or until brown
They ARE NOT suitable for a grill and be careful with them as they are fragile but honestly ive made them many times and never managed to break them
should look like this when theyre done add them to a bun with your toppings i use tomato , lettuce onion pickle, veginaise mustard

That looks like a salmon patty to me.
I've never heard of Quinoa before, had to google it.
Doubt you can buy it around here but it sounds tasty.
I guess you buy it already processed?

lol , you can probably find it in walmart.
but deff bulk stores like bulkbarn i know is canadian but theres gotta be an american version, seems like kroger also carries it
