I really like quinoa...its kind of like a grain but has a very nutty taste to it. and plus, if any of you watch NFL football, that commercial with the dude grilling the quinoa burgers outside the stadium makes me laugh all the time hahaha

Its usually my wife and I plus our 4 kids,her mom,a neighbor kid or two and sometimes a friend of mine...so yes,paper plates and cups it is!.We call it country china!..lol

Grilled boneless pork chops w/bbq sauce...My favorite spicy bbq sauce with a little brown sugar and honey added
Chappell Hill garlic sausage....only in Texas:)
Pinto beans w/ham hocks...again!
Potato salad
Dr.Pepper

pan fried lamb fourquarter chops
with a homemade family salad consisting of ( cos , green oak and ice burg lettuce )
chopped red cabbage , whole cherry tomato's , chopped carrots and a italian dressing
and chopped chedder cheese

Its been a little hectic around the b166er house.I forgot to take pics of a badass Thanksgiving meal,just use your imaginations...lol...just pretend you like it:)
It is me,wife,4 chilluns,cousin,aunt,neice,daughters boyfriend and mother in law crammed in my 1600sq.ft. home......
