South American grow

Some times like 65-68, it varies. My room isn't very controlled but where I have them is blocked off. I'm worried I'm rushing them, I'm just in a standstill with most of them. I hope more will be female then male.

At those temps I don't think that lights off would be a problem for 36 hours but then again you might not want to stress them more than they already are.I hope you get a few females

I actually just switched them back I just upgraded my daylight bulbs... I checked the plants when I got up and they didn't look too happy.. So ill give it a week or so then do the switch just so I can get some extra fans an some secondary growth before I make the switch. But I hope I get atleast one female lol but if not might have to stop for now, lacking seeds.

Waiting till they recover before switching is a very smart move.and adding the lights is gonna make them a lot happier. Can you post a pic ?I'm interested to see what they look like.

I just don't understand how that is even possible!! LOL! When I lived in Col, there was most definitely a lack of great bud in the major cities like Bogota, Medellin, Baranquilla, or Cartagena, but when I got out to the campos, there was always good bud around. They have some fine assed weed farmers down there, and some friggin' GREAT landraces.
Not ALL of Col is a "toilet". Sure the major cities are more like third world countries, but things are actually pretty chill out in the country, The FARC and the other guerillas were almost non-existent in the southeastern areas like san Jose de Guaviare or Mitu. Bucaramanga was where I got my Col. Highland Sat landrace!!!

I don't know about Colombia haven't been there yet . Ive been here for a few years and i smoke every day and the best you will find here is beasters.I get OK water hash for just a few dollars a gram. But I still miss smoking tasty headie buds and the only way I can do that is grow my own.

Even in a modern city area you can't find good bud… you have to worry bout so many crooks out there, punk little kids with guns.. its just as hard to find good bud unless you have a good hookup, and still people aren't growing organic… so most of the stuff is incredibly harsh, a friend of mine actually had one plant and ended up getting 2 decent cones and that shit was better then anything i had bought from someone.. i can't wait till mine are ready!!

I lived in Colombia for a little over 2 years, and after being there for a couple weeks I found a solid connect that got around mainly on a skateboard. He always had some killer smoke. He was the go to guy. If you wanted it, he probably had it. Got the chance to travel a good bit while I was there and never had a problem getting great smoke after a day or two of being somewhere. You're right, not all of Colombia is a toilet, but it has it's parts. Definitely some great bud in Colombia.

So I'm getting ready to switch my lights to 12/12 this friday. I used a whole roll of duck tape making sure I have no light leaks,it reminded me of when we had to do the same thing during the gulf war because Saddam was threatening with chemical weapons.But now the reason is to grow some dank medicine! The plan is to add 4 18 38 to their feed schedule for the first time and turn off the lights for 36 hours.Northern Lights #3 I'll be keeping in veg as a mother for cloning and I might move a a few of the smallest ones outdoors into my rooftop cold house.

The roof top cold house is a sweet idea man hope it comes out good and get some interesting yields. I just checked my bottom chamber and it is a female for sure, it looks like the start of pollen sacks but i saw a hair coming out and it was dried up and crispy from the too strong of lights… But I'm almost 100% about 99% actually so thats some good news. I started main lining it, its actually come out good. To take from the stress i took off the ties so it could get some strength. I have to get some pics on here tonight lol.. My first grow also so its fun to see it threw all the stages, pretty anxious now a days
