Thanks man, only going to get better I hope! As far as the up keep, my brother helps me out sometimes but he has a day job so I do most of the work. This medicine will be for him, our dad and myself. We go through a LOT of meds once you factor in extracts and edibles. We'll be lucky if we can make it from harvest to harvest without having to go to the dispensary!

This is my passion though so I don't mind the work. Been working for the past 14-15 hrs with minimal breaks. I love it so it's actually fun for me

Some amazing news: IF all goes as planned, tomorrow I will be receiving a cut I've been wanting for years now I really hope this works out!

Some bad news: Have to build the veg room today :/ ...the room is 9'x9' w/ a 1k HPS so I hope a 4" intake(its about 30 degrees here) will suffice. If not, will try air cooling the light and exhausting. If that dosent cut it I'll be looking at some portable A/C's!

Anyone know the deal with pumping cold air through a hood? I'm doing it in the flower room but the duct runs for 10+ ft before it hits the light. I would imagine pumping it directly onto the bulb could be dangerous

Tomorrow is the big day

Getting my powerbox installed and no longer have to worry about electrical issues. Also having plenty of outlets installed on/near the ceiling so nothing will be on the floor after tomorrow

Any suggestions for mounting ballasts? Planning to just mount them above each reflector. Don't really think putting them outside of the room is an option

Will have a few pics up shortly after my phone charges a bit.

The sweet skunk table day 34. Do they look behind ? I'm all paranoid now! Cleaned a lot of the fan leaves out of the canopy today. A lot of good size tops were being shaded

A little update on the veg room..

Currently have one 1k HPS over all of the girls. The room is about 9'x9' so this obviously isn't enough light. Tomorrow I plan to swap this 1k out for 2 of the 600's in the flower room. Those 600's will be replaced with 2 1k's, I cant wait

just added the CO2 today though..currently at ~1000ppm



The clone machine is almost ready to be put away for a while


Oh yeah supercropped them all a few days ago...They are all ISS except for 3 OGs and one sour but I don't think they fit in the picture

Why cant you mount the ballasts out of the room?

Do you mean literally on top of the hoods or like above the hoods on mounted on the wall?

I put in two 75lb capable anchors and used screws, your ballast should have mount points on each end.

We would have to have 20+ ft ballast cords(the ones that go from the hood to the ballast). Its not a huge deal though, def not sweatin it

Lol and yeah I meant mounting them on the ceiling more or less directly above each hood. May be able to mount a few on the wall next to the light controller we will see

Also doesnt help that we have the big clunky magnetic ballasts! So fuckin heavy compared to our lumateks. Mounting lumateks would be a breeze compared to this!

Controller is almost done being installed along with our outlets, getting really excited now!

Unplug your magnetic ballasts when youre taking pics. I bet the black lines on the photos will go away
