what up triple "C", looking groovy in here. hey, i'd feed here just water for right now. my opinion is it's one of 3 things (nute burn, humidity, or temps/light). i'd back off the nutes and see how she does. what is the temp in the room with the lights on? what is the humidity? how far from the bulb is your plant? what size bulb is it? answer those questions and i can probably narrow it down a little better. sorry if you already went through this, i didn't get a chance to read through the entire thread yet.
don't worry about changing to 7 gallon pots just yet. your plants are too small. putting them in a pot that big can only create problems. the roots can soak up the water fast enough out of that much soil and you end up watering your plant every week or two as opposed to every few days. your plants don't go looking for water which stunts their growth and can also lead to root rot cause they stay damp too long.
