It uses 54 watt bulbs.. Does that mean it's high output? It doesn't come with bulbs I want to get some eye hortilux blue t5s

That doesn't mean shit. They don't even sell them to grow so if they wanna use that excuse I just collect them. Same seeds are cheaper onthe other sites for the same exact quality and strain. Just my opinion I like to get the most for my money
