    It's a hog 185 c 1400 b that is soposed to be wired in parallel correct?

    On the out put side on the driver I'm only measuring 32 volts there as well. It should be well over 140 right this is while the light is running?

    what do I check for when checking connections I mean there all light up I have two lights built and there doing the same thing.

    There is only 32 volts at the cobs when I check pos and neg of a cob when the light is on

    There so dim with the pot turned down that I can look rate at it and see the indivigual lights on the cob

    Meter is good for led reads other led lights just fine. Yeah it's like the driver is in limp mode if I get a watt meter and plug it into wall and it's not drawing 200 + watts at full bore than it's in limp mode
