For the last time I never said a 2 day dry is sufficient, in fact still drying along nicely going into day 6 now, right around 73% now and falling slowly temps kept low at 62-65 and aromas are statring mellow.

Only jarred when the outsides were a bit hard and slightly crunchy. pulled em out to dry when they moistened back up.
