Are those bottom branches not getting much light? They will turn yellow and die off they aren't getting any light. That, or it could be an iron deficiency.

Bud rot, from too much moisture on the buds.

They need protection from the rain somehow. Has it been wet a lot recently? If it's constantly wet that tends to happen.

Most of the seeds will be female. From my experience you are more likely to encounter runts and mutants than hermies in the seeds of hermie pollinated plants. The seeds will have that hermie trait however, it's better to use silver to breed female seeds.

Have you considered adding another air conditioner?

What is the ppm of the run off? What are it's other conditions like light and what medium it's growing in?

You are planning on using a 4 gal for 3 plants? I would go with a 5 gallon for each plant. Maybe larger if your room will fit it.

I'm thinking it must be the water you are giving them. Possibly a mineral imbalance. You could try giving them RO water with a bit of grow food, like 300-400 ppm.

MH should work fine. I've never bought one intended for outdoor use though so I can't say from experience.

What's it growing in? Did you check for bugs?

Yeah, doesn't look good. I would put something under the pot to get more airflow between it and the water tray. Also a fan blowing at the pots would help. It looks like straight peat or coco, I would add perlite next time.

Maybe it just really didn't want to be topped. It seemed to be growing at a decent rate before it was topped, then it seemed to slow down far more than usual. It was topped around the end of week 3 and the pics are from the end of week 6. They don't usually take 6 weeks to outgrow their...

It probably won't do much else, some just abort like that. You can try planting it and see if it grows.

What kind of light is it? Fluorescent?
