Ripper Haze from Ripper seeds, Green Poison (Sweet seeds), Power Flower, (Royal Queen seeds) and C99 from Female seeds are all good.

If you want to take them indoors to flower you could just wait until they show pistils outdoors then take them in.

I look for the glands to start to turn amber mainly. Also, fan leaves that snap off easily, pistils mostly turning orange, and buds getting hard are also signs that it's done.

Do you know what strain it is? Is it an auto flower?

You want to watch for calyxes with pistils (female) or pollen sacks (male) appearing at the nodes of the branches. How long till they flower depends on genetics. Once the days start to get shorter is when photo period plants start to bloom.

It could be a mag issue, try giving it some epsom salts. If they are in coco and verm, how often do they dry out?

Have you been checking the ph and ppm levels? Also, pics help.

Did they dry up? They could just need some regular watering and feeding. Maybe they don't like that soil. It could be a potassium issue.

Looks like a calcium def. Probably from the ph being too low. Can you measure the ppm or ec of the runoff? The ph will get too low if there is too much nutes in the mix.

It doesn't like the soil is the problem. If it's an important seedling transplanting it would be a good idea.
