Well if you make any changes, make them small and watch for changes.

You could also leave them, cut and cure whats ready and let the lower sites fill in a little more.

I personally don't think you have anything wrong, in late flower the leafs tend to change like that. You're in the home stretch now, i would not go messing around too much. You may want to give them a week of just water and cut. IMHO.

If your seeds have not sprouted you won't need any light, once you get pre leafs you want the lights around 24 inches and run them at about 40-50% power. For veg you don't need all that much light, its when you go in to flower you should up it.

Your having the Same issue i just faced and like you in thought it was nut burn, turned out it was light burn. Try moving your lights up 3 inches and watch over the week if it spreads.

Personally I use all the above...which I believe is called mainlining. If you have the time to let them veg it’s totally worth it. Below is my one NL#5 in a one gal then in a 15 gal, 7 weeks Veg.
