did you transplant recently? it looks like the root system may be damaged somehow if the strains are different the one that is looking bad in under alot of stress: may be too hot outside! take it out of the direct sunlight & keep in the shade!

6, they will be okay! In the future, when you transplant you always soak the soil down with water, that way the soil stays together, once you have done that, get a good friend or brother, sister, wife to hold the stalk while you turn the pot upside down, the plant & soil will then fall out...

i cant think of anything now that they have already been rained on. if they surviv you need to put a clear piece of plastic over them(like plastic tin sheet) & also build a trench around the plats(like a ditch to help for drainage)
