First grow, how are they looking

Looking good for a first run! Just remember, flower time and curing is not the time to get impatient. You've come this far, let them mature properly, do a nice cure and I think you'll be quite happy with the end results.

    Need Help... Buds looking worse

What he said. The plant is nearing the end of it's life and sucking whatever it can from those leaves, leaving them with no viable energy. I say give it that last week or so as you have planned and you will be well rewarded.

    When should I harvest male?

That plant is pretty much useless, even for oil or hash. May as well yank it and trash it now.

Skunk is 5 1/2 week into flowering--looks almost ready??

Almost ready? Sorry, but you've got at least three to four more weeks to go on that till it's plucking time. Patience grasshopper.

    How Do These Clones Look?

Five days isn't much time yet, especially if you're expecting to see roots out the bottom. They do appear alive and for the most part healthy. Give them another few days to a week and I think you'll see roots by then.

I Have a Couple Important Questions Before i Ruin my Grow.

The answer to your light question should be more than obvious. As far as the scheduling, during veg my thoughts would be that an hour difference here or there won't hurt anything. If you do go manually, just do your best to keep to a fairly regular schedule, give or take 15-30 minutes. As for...

Taking a Cut from a Pollenated Female?

Depends if you're growing the clone of a female that was purposely pollenated by a male, then no. If you cut a clone from a hermaphrodite, my guess is 50/50. Better to let others more versed in the way of herms to chime in though.

    Harvesting males?

    Waste of time.

    Cotton Balls To Budz

I'm sure what the OP means is the plant has just little bud sites starting, probably still early in flower. Give it time, flowering can take anywhere from eight weeks to 16 weeks or more. Give them plenty of light and keep to a strict light schedule and you'll be fine. Patience is key here.

    Clone growing green?

No worries on the green rooting, get it in soil soon.

    Flowering

One of the biggest "stress" factors to a plant in flower is light leaking through into a pitch black room. The plant can turn into a hermaphrodite and pollenate itself, thus causing seeds with no male plants present. Not a big deal if you want some beans, but it seriously detracts from the...

Switching Plants from 16/8 to 12/12

The 24 hour thing is a waste of light time. Mother Nature doesn't block the sun for 24 hours when going from summer to fall. Granted, the change in hours of daylight is gradual, but there is no need for a dark period. In certain strains I suppose it may be possible that they show sex a bit...
