The leaf damage looks like signs of root rot, would check into this 1st. If everything looks clean and white, check into PH, if that seems ok, I would clean out your system and go with a fresh PHed water and give it a few days before feeding them.

It looks like a really healthy leaf. Your fine bro, don't worry. If it was manganese deficiency you would see brown dead spots along with red and yellow discoloration starting at the base of each blade, working its way out to the tips. There is no yellowing at all, so your plant is fine.

To much light, back the lights off like 2 inches and change it from 24 hours to 18 until they get to be 2-3 weeks old. The way you have your set up should be fine for most plants, but its clear they don't like it. This is just what I would do.

She is looking a little heat stressed. Your flowers are going to look smaller. It's a sativa, so the buds take longer to put on weight. Looking good for your 2nd time. Just be patient with your sativa and you will be rewared. Your looking at around 6-7 more weeks of flowering before she is ready.

Looks like the start of over feeding nitrogen. Shouldn't be a problem if you back off the strength of your mix.

Take a deep breath, nothing is wrong. You might be over watering just a tiny bit. If your on a watering schedule, just give it an extra day before watering.

You should really stop taking leafs off your plant. If they still have green in them, they are not ready to be removed. Your plant likely has a deficiency, and its taking what it needs from the leaves. By removing the leaves that are damaged, your taking away its access to that nutrient. Thus...
