They are just a bit over watered, not a big deal. I would mix 30-40% perlite in with the coir when you transplant to bigger pots, it gives the medium better aeration which the roots like.

It could take another 2-4 weeks, it doesn't look very resinous in those pics.

It appears to be lacking in P and K. When it's lacking in P the leaves form those random brown spots. I would check the ph except it is ready to harvest, no need.

Was it a soil mix or were you feeding it a formula?

It looks ready. I would try growing with different soil or nutrient mix next time, the plant does not seem very happy.

I would put a screen on it to widen the canopy. That's just the way they look when you go from 12/12 back to 18/6. It takes time for normal growth to appear.

Sativa tends to have looser buds, yeah. I'm not sure why that's unappealing.

The graph says peak potency is from 4-6, opaque white, slightly brown, or light brown. Meaning you wouldn't want to harvest before or after that point if possible.
