you can get a medicine dropper at walgreens/rite aid/wal-mart. Or you can get a hand feeding syringe at pet supply stores. They are both usually marked in ML. You can get insulin syringes as well, but they might think you are a junkie when you go to buy them...

What??? Not even a misdemeanor? A misdemeanor (also spelled misdemeanour) is any "lesser" criminal act in some common law legal systems. He got arrested but was released with a ticket. You don't always go to jail when arrested, they can just give you a "ticket" that doesn't have a dollar amount...
