Try just stripping the top leaves off and watch how it starts to bush out without stressing them out. I don't know about autos really.

This is how I train my mothers but it'll work out the same as SCROG and you won't need a trellis. The grow like single stalk plant.

The can take clones upto harvest day. But revegging would be the better route. You can reveg a plant and only get one shoot or you gan get almost every site give you multiple. Stack as many odds in your favor as you can a just reveg like half of the plant to be on the safer side. And still hope!

This is the difference. The canopy has more depth but I get more B grade and larf that adds numbers with trellis while scrog my quality is A+ and consistent.
