Dude there streching for the light, place the light 2-4 inches above the plant, make sure to touch the Top part of plant closest to light. Check and see if it is to hot for you. if so, its too hot for your plants and will cause burn. Hope this helps bro. EDIT: also just came to mind is heat...

smokingblunts you may want to call up your Electric company and ask them for a technician to come out and look at all the wiring and such for faulty wiring and or equipment. Mostly all Elec. companys do that for free, but be sure to check with your Elec. Company before doing so.
