i got some g13 haze aswell, i think you went a little far with the lst, if anything after lsting it so bad like that you should of veged it longer. and the lights seem a bit high above the plants, i can get both my 600s about 9 inches from the tops.

id lose the aluminum foil unless its the only thing u got, white paper is even better than that aluminum foil. mylar, white paint, or panda film id recommend

your gonna need alot more light to flower those babies. some plants show preflowers during vegetative growth but in order to tell sex you mainly have to induce flowering, but that one plant looks like its allready been in 12/12, you gotta realise the plants are gonna triple in size in flower...

i still used foxfarm nutes when i used miracle grow MC, just use it at half strength to prevent any nute burn issues, the only nutes u should need MIGHT be some FoxFarm BigBloom in midflower but like i said MGMC allready has timerelease nutes in it. So you should allready have plenty of nutes...

those plants are far to small to be using nutes though, and for 3 weeks they look like seedlings, at 3 weeks i was allready on my 5th set of leaves.
