    Hermie?

You can wet your fingers and pluck it out...the idea is not to spread pollen. It doesn't look like it's opened yet but odds are there are probably more..... Up to you on harvest...it's hard to tell from just the one pic...but sure looks immature still. It takes weeks for a pollenated female to...

    Hermie?

Sure looks like it.....this late in flower shouldn't cause any problems. As long as no other flowering plants close.

    First few weeks flower tips

What kind of par are you running? I ask because they look like they could be pushed harder...which will give you more light penetration. I'm not big on defoliation either....I like to let the plant do most the work. But there are advantages to it, especially in small spaces. Grow looks great!

More information on nutrients/watering, soil composition and better pictures and more of the plant will help also. But first glance I would guess mag deficiency.

    Upgrading LED Lights

Have you tried a higher ec and calmag? I run Jacks 321 at 2.2 ec and supplement calmag every now and then as needed. I got an inexpensive ro setup (RO buddie) after chasing deficiencies with tap.

Can I start a grow (photoperiod) with a bad light

The more dialed in your grow is the harder you can push the light. I run a little over 300w in my 3x3....a SF se5000 at 60% or a little over. The nice thing about an overpowered light is you can run it at less than 100% to extend it's life.
