Agreed, this is what I do. But if you wanna get a prepackaged bag, then go for Fox Farms. A lot of people on this site seem to love FF. Shit gets expensive though, that's why I just create my own medium for 1/4th of the price.

I would prune the lower growth. Looks like CFLs and they don't have great light penetration. Also they look extremely underwatered, get some saucers for your buckets and feed at least a gallon of water.

I had to hahaha. I'm scared of nutrient lockout. My nutrient regimen says I should be flushing once every 2-3 weeks. I figured it's due for a nice cleanse.

Update: I flushed each plant with 3 gallons of neutral water and the run off came out pretty clean. Also built my first scrog net and set it up. Switching to 12/12 by next friday, just waiting for some flowering nutes to get delivered to my boys at the grow store.

That super skunk and cash crop looks nice! I think I will try to grow those strains after my current harvest. And I also have strange genetics on my diesel plant too. Plus it smells exactly like genovese basil.

Personally I would go with four 5gallons and then train the shit out of them to get them nice and bushy.

Whether the plant is an auto flowering strain or not is what determines the height in my opinion. The autos that I've grown in the past usually never got taller than 40 inches.
