    Happened overnight- Help!

Looks like heat stress. Put up some shade cloth. In MY experience with using those bags outdoors, it's nearly impossible tp keep the media evenly moist. I grew potatoes in the bags and I watered to the point of ridiculousness....snd STILL found a bunch of dry pockets when I harvested. Best...

    What are your vaporizers?

I bought a Da Buddha when they were relatively new on the market. I also bought the oil kit for it later on. It all works great. The only "problem" I have with these vape units is that I can only comfortably use them by myself. If any other people are around, these rigs make me feel like I'm...

    Exausting outside of grow room

This is almost exactly what I did, too! The only slight problem is that the narrow slit under the door only allows so much air to flow out and there is a lot of resistance set up in the "manifold." But it does work!

Who has best blueberry strain? Not DJ Short's version.

That sounds like the one I'm looking for.

Sativas are always energetic and Indicas are sleepers?

I think the differences are more related to the way the plants were grown and ripened and dried, than whether or not it's an Indica or a Sativa. THC is THC regardless of which one it's from and the same goes for all the other cannabinoids. Yes, there are differences in the terpene profiles and...

How many hours of dark are TRULY needed to induce flowering?

LOL! Yeah, it's a little complex, but it's also very interesting that the plants can adapt to that schedule so easily. And, for all the OGs who still use inefficient (but awesome) HID lighting to grow, it is a real money saver. I'd bet that running an efficient LED light on an 18/6 schedule is...

    Help ants everywhere

Diatomeceous Earth works great.....until it gets wet.....and then not so much. Problem with that is that everything is always moist in my outdoor garden. I use it regularly, but I have to wait for a really calm morning when everything is still, because it carries on the slightest breeze. And I...

How to cure a sick plant?

Dig out a spoonful of the soil and mix it with some distilled water. Shake it up and allow the water and soil to separate. Test the clear water to see what the soil pH is. You might have something in the mix that is causing the pH to be either acidic or basic. You must first determine if the...

How to cure a sick plant?

The holes look similar to potato flea beetle damage that I get on my tomato and potato plants. Captain Jack's Dead Bug and diatomaceous earth is what I use to control them. The light green color could be nitrogen deficiency caused by pH lockout.

Is this too many plants for this tent

You kinda have to have a minimum size plant for it to be of use, anyway. For example, you can't really grow ten 8" plants and have it equate to one 80" plant.

A tall, floor-standing LED grow lamp that can be used as a regular living room lamp?

I think if you're going to commit to a grow, then you need to understand that the plants need more light than a home-decor type of light can produce. In any case, your plants won't grow well unless they have proper light. If you're very creative, then maybe you could cobble something together...

Is this too many plants for this tent

    I've squeezed two into a 2 X 2 before, but never again.

??? If I get a seed from dispensary from a top shelf selection. What are the chances of getting the same potency?

One thing to note is that the seed was LIKELY produced from a self-pollination....probably a 'nanner that did it.....the offspring from such a self-produced seed, MAY be that its trait for throwing 'nanners will be magnified....Or, it might not be. On the good side, that plant is almost...

??? If I get a seed from dispensary from a top shelf selection. What are the chances of getting the same potency?

The first seed I grew out, after a long break from not growing, was a seed I got in a gram of Top Shelf (TGA Vortex) bud. It was as good as the bud I got it from.

Does Spraying Neen Oil on Cracked/Exposed Stem Prevent Infections?

I have literally split stalks in half (not on purpose) when super cropping....just taped them back together and the plant eventually "welded" itself back together, so I don't think it's necessary to spray a cracked branch with anything. The plant has built-in evolutionary mechanisms to heal itself.

A tall, floor-standing LED grow lamp that can be used as a regular living room lamp?

You could make something from like a boom cymbal stand from a drum set and then find an "artsy" way of hanging a decent light from it. That way, you could adjust the height, at least.

How many hours of dark are TRULY needed to induce flowering?

Well....At the end of the rainbow, it's always going to boil down to the genetics. My guess is that, the 12/12 system is kind of foolproof when growing indoors. But, no matter what you do and how perfect you make the environment, again, the genetics will decide the final outcome, anyway. I've...

Never had this before and it’s harvest time.. for most

Your plants are still weeks away from harvest. Usually, it's light/heat intensity that causes foxtails, but there are some strains that do it, naturally, regardless. Nothing really looks sick to me. It appears that some plants are starting to cannibalize the nitrogen in their leaves, which is...
