New growth is slowing, no Amber yet, any guess on time left?

From what i can see, your pistils are still sticking out, they still have some fattening/density to stack. Maybe another couple of weeks?? Bit hard to tell with those pics. Havent grown in soil for a long time but you may be fading those fans a bit early??

Is there anything wrong with a non-24 hour light schedule? like 18-1?

You could do any light schedule you want as you have a long enough length of constant light hours to keep them in veg. Most peoples safe minimum is 18 hours of constant light. You dont have to total your dark hours to make a 24 hour cycle but is easier to set your timer up doing it this way and...

Is there anything wrong with a non-24 hour light schedule? like 18-1?

The stomatas will only close if the plant is loosing too much moisture through its leaves. The plant absorbs co2 through the stomatas! I dose co2 and This is where temp and humidity is very important! Keeping a close eye on how the plant drinks is vital to co2 absorption. If your environment is...

Is there anything wrong with a non-24 hour light schedule? like 18-1?

Nothing wrong with 24-0. Ive grown with an 18-6 light schedule and i get more veg growth with 24-0. Plant health seemed the same with both lighting schedules. But i did find the amount of extra power you use to extra growth ratio isnt the best, but on a healthy plant using 24-0 light schedule i...

Slow growing seedlings, mushrooms in soil

I grew in soil for years. I love hydro, i seem to get more consistent results. Yield went up tremendously and quality the same if not better. I personally would only go soil again if i was going 100% organic for flavour and actually knowing whats in the plants your smoking. Once you get the...

Slow growing seedlings, mushrooms in soil

I grow in dwc. I just start my seeds in jiffy pellets then once they sprout, straight into clay balls. Easy lol.

    Trimming during flower

Yes i agree. Only time i would do this is if ive fucked up my timing with my plants in veg. I did this a few runs ago on a 1 pound plant under scrog, she stretched alot more than i had anticipated. I would say i would of only got 14 to 14.5 ozs if i didnt. Added density/weight and alot of time...

    Trimming during flower

I prefer to have an overcrowded grow than undercrowded. I personally hate not filling out my grow space :wall:

    Trimming during flower

Ive also done this many times and it does help but sometimes i wonder if the time that space is used and the power draw required, getting that popcorn bud denser/more mature is even really worth it if you have a good perpetual pattern on lockdown....?

    Is this a Calcium problem?

Calcium deficiencies usually show early to mid flowering from my experience. Most commonly from ph being too low causing lockout. I know your not growing In hydro, but if you were, it is important to let your ph drift a little and not keep ph at an exact decimal point. This way it can absorb...
