I start seedlings off with a little light and then increase it. I would follow the manual instructions. Definitely both on when she's well into flower.

Trim out all the lower "peach fuzz" as it's never going to be anything worthwhile. I found this pic on the web. It's a classic lollipop. Leave the bigger fan leaves that are slightly above that lower zone.

You are welcome. The term ACH is common in industrial filtration and ventilation. I work in industrial ventilation, so ACH is something I use everyday. You provide exchange air to provide fresh source of air. ACH isn't really about cooling. That air needs to exit the grow space and be replaced...

Best thing is to leave it alone. If you pry off the outer husk the inner one seems to lock up. Just spritz it with water and keep everything damp. The shell will eventually fall off on its own.

I was worried that they were done last year but they seem to have been re-tooling. Dinafem were great, but I think they are done. They were right behind Mephisto. I don't see any contenders to Mephisto in the auto world at the moment.

Me too. I've experimented with transplanting and I lollipop them, but I haven't messed with topping and training..mainly out of fear I'll stunt the growth. Looks like you have it down though.
