I really would not defoliate. It will make it a lot longer till harvest. Every time i've defoliated its added 3/4 weeks to that plant. Just tuck them and fold them out the way. im on day 22 of autos.

I used Gnat fly nematodes, took about 2 weeks but they have completely gone now. Its organic and protects those plants for the rest of there life's.

Good luck my friend. Also get some cal mag, your growing out side so you wont need much, maybe 2/3 feeds through the whole grow cycle. it will look similar to the effects you have now from reduced feed. Look up cal-mag deficiency photos and be ready, I would just give them a few feeds...

Yes i'm pretty sure that's your problem. also you don't stop veg nutes, you just reduce them a bit and add bloom. New growth sites are taking nutes from the fan leaves.
