    That plating is tight. I could see the veggies pickled and cold as an offset to the steaming chicken and rice. They almost look it. Could eat that 2-3 times a week.

    Yeah, it’s not consistent. Merlot + Cabernet = Bordeaux. Pinot noir or Chardonnay = Champagne. Rosé = many varietals. But still … I’d blow it up and frame it.

    In the meantime, this is pretty good. I like what this brewery (Pono) is doing in their mash tun as well as their hop rocket. Pairs nice with Chongqing Spicy Chicken.
