so i was checking on height, adjusted lights to 50% 24". then knocked one over it didnt come out of cup just knocked out fresh dirt and was laying onside of cup. well chit! ( just had bicep tendon reattached so iam one wing for now) . put dirt back to top and supported stem a bit... not sure...
