You dont need to flush just reduce nutes if you want to do that and you dont need to do that either. You flush to reset things if there is a problem. You dont have a problem. You have canopy control issues and your not correcting that with this grow.

His grow doesnt need a defoliation. Maybe that one plant in the back could stand to have a few leaves removed. Thats it though.

I went by the thread title didnt even notice they mentioned tip burn. anyways the plant looks great and there is not a single thing wrong with it that i can see and that includes the itty bitty tip burn.

I didnt have bad runs as I do hydro. I only used it for mother plants in the beginning. I just learned its crap compared to what is out there available to me. Yeah it works, yeah you can grow in it, will I ever buy it again ...NO.

Nute burn ,lack of light maybe. Did you foliar feed it something? At what ppm are you feeding it at? Flush pot renute add back microbes is basically what you need to do.

so anyways leds are a very intense light for growing and you need to be at a proper height to not over drive the plant as leds have a tendency to wash out the mag in the top leaves. and you say your in a tent so the height of the tent with leds you may get some light burn so be on the look out...
