I dont know all these products I would drain all the water out refill and add the silica blast at 1 ml per gal, then the floranova grow and micro. at 1/4 strength and the cal mag at 2 ml per gal and then get a reading on what the ppms are at that point. then maybe the rapid start for some root...

needs to be lower as mentioned tap water ppm is at the highest you want imo then you need an r/o system so the tap might work for you and maybe get a r/o system if you still cant make it work the way you want it to.

dont try to knock off the old soil as you will damage roots doing this. Transplant and move on with as little disruption as you can.

i would say to raise the light up an inch. and to feed it a touch of nutes at about 125 ppms to give it something to work with. like two shot glass full on each side of the base .....125 ppms of a veg nute.
