I’ve had promix hp grow seedlings way bigger then that. I vote overwatered. Promix hp claims to have a starter charge of nutrients. If they were mine I would start fresh unless they were very special seeds.

My advice would be to make sure your seed starter soil is not too hot. I’m unfamiliar with those soils but I’m sure you’ve looked into it. I had a problem with this while growing the blueberry strain. Switched to promix seed starter instead of promix 3 month and they grew great. Like...
