My 2 cents. The Ph Perfect line is for RO water, not tap. IMO something like this is cheap and easy (no calibration)....

IMO - not too much light. Plant might be "finishing up", could be natural or a mess up, either way those leaves aren't going to get green again. Again IMO- since you're late in flower, don't do anything drastic. Good luck

Good luck on your first grow. IMO - you'll be needing another 250w or so for flower, with 5 plants that tent will be full, and yes Samsung is the industry leader at present, Meanwell drivers are pretty good too. Got a Lux meter? they're cheap. Soil, I highly recommend something like this.
