3 days straight light..... I think you're going to have issues. Not much you can do. Might get some strange growth & weird buds, potency may be reduced because of stress. -or- everything's fine.

Sure. Don't have to be that big, 1 or 2 quart would do fine for now. Bury them up to their necks & give them more light, does not have to be intense. IMO - no food yet.

If it is showing signs of sex, I'd lean towards it being a girl. Since it was out so early & if mature enough, it might have started pre-flower & possibly now will re-veg, that's if it not new growth. Have fun

1 gallon pot outdoors? I suppose it can be done, but I wouldn't. In my opinion, plants outdoors will be bigger than indoor plants, so a larger pot should be used You will have to water every day, if not more often. Wind will blow the plants over, etc...

I suspect that light may be the culprit. Ambient/indirect light is best (IMO), too much light and the cutting will try to photosynthesize rather than throw out roots
