How would I be able to do this if the plants are already in the pots wouldn't me adding perlite damage the roots and such

Im using Fox Farm Ocean mist soil and it doesnt seem to be draining correctly is there anything i can do to fix this drainage problem? its been a week and the soil is still very moist there in 5 gallon pots:fire:

i did 1 big watering right when i planted my clones i think i over watered to begin with because they went over a week without even the topsoil being moist then a week and a half i watered again because i noticed they were drying out i also ph tested the nutes and added nutes after about 2 weeks...

no i haven't taken the ph because i havent watered sense the first watering how else can i test the ph without watering again?
