I would opt for a 400w HPS.. If you get a magnetic HPS ballast, they also run MH.. So you can veg under MH and flower under HPS.. HID's are way better than florescent for growing..

Pictures help if you can.. Do you spray them? Do the white spots rub off?

You can use it, it just wont be optimal. You will want to dilute it by at least half. To get your P down to an acceptable level.. It will work, but it wont be as good.

DWC is real easy. And cheep to set up. Dirt has it's own problems, specially with watering, soil based infestations and nutrients.. DWC has none of these problems. Whatever method you use, veg under a MH, flower under a HPS. Any magnetic HPS ballast will also run a MH.

If you want cheep mylar. go to the dollar store and buy some emergency blankets. They are $1 each and a decent size..

Lol, hard to guess the exact strain, specially in veg.. So many of them are almost the exact same.. It looks like an indica, possibly a god bud cross.. Looks a lot like my nuken.. That's my best guess..
